Franklin County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing Monday, July 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. regarding proposed changes to Highway Standards and Roadway Development Procedure (HSRDP) policies related to approach spacing and culverts. Public comment is encouraged. Written comments will be accepted if received in the Clerk's Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 10, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Franklin County Board Room, 39 West Oneida, Preston, Idaho.
