Recording Fees

For recording documents thirty (30) pages or less: 

  • $15.00 for deeds, grants and conveyance documents over 30 pages - each additional page is $3.00
  • $45.00 for trust deeds or mortgages, fixture filings, security agreements and assignments, if contained with the same instrument for recording.
  • $15.00 for reconveyances and mortgage releases
  • $25.00 for power of attorney

For recording documents types not set forth above, the previous recording fee structure applies:

  • $10.00 for the first page plus $3.00 for each additional page

Please arrive before 4:00 p.m. for processing.

  • Routine Service: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Expedite Service: 2 to 3 weeks

  • $1.00 per page
At this time, we are unable to assist with document searches, particularly during the election season when our staff and resources are working diligently to perform their election duties.  You can come to the office to do your own research for property information.  If you have a specific instrument number, we would be happy to provide a copy of that document via email upon request.
